2. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

• Interior design consultation

• Residential and commercial fit-out

• POP and ceiling design

• Wardrobes, cabinets, and custom furniture installation

• Renovations and remodeling

• Apprenticeship and training programs

All services are provided subject to availability, project scope, and mutual agreement. Detailed project specifications, timelines, and costs will be communicated before commencement.

3. Project Agreements

1. A formal agreement outlining the project scope, materials, timelines, and payment terms will be provided before work begins.

2. Any modifications or additional requests beyond the initial scope may result in extra charges.

3. Clients are responsible for timely approvals and clear communication throughout the project.

4. All agreements must be signed by both parties before execution.

4. Payment Terms

1. An advance payment is required before work begins. The amount will be specified in the project agreement.

2. Remaining payments are to be made in agreed stages or upon project completion.

3. Late payments may incur additional fees or cause project delays.

4. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. For apprenticeship programs, any fees or allowances will be outlined in the application agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding the project.

• Ensure access to the property or site as required for project execution.

• Review and approve designs, materials, and other project elements promptly.

• Notify Mozmj Mosmj Enterprises of any special conditions, hazards, or requirements affecting the project.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays, additional costs, or termination of services.

6. Mozmj Mosmj Enterprises Responsibilities

We commit to:

• Delivering professional and high-quality services.

• Using skilled professionals and reliable materials.

• Maintaining clear communication throughout the project.

• Following health, safety, and industry standards on all project sites.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All designs, drawings, plans, images, and content produced by Mozmj Mosmj Enterprises remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

2. Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our designs or content without written consent.

3. Any breach of intellectual property rights may result in legal action and compensation claims.

8. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. Personal information, business details, and project-related data will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where legally required.

9. Liability Limitations

1. Mozmj Mosmj Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

2. Liability for any project-related claims is limited to the total value of the project.

3. We are not responsible for damages caused by factors outside our control, including client delays, natural events, or third-party actions.

10. Safety and Compliance

1. All project sites must comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and health standards.

2. Clients must inform us of any hazards, safety requirements, or site restrictions in advance.

3. Apprentices and site workers must follow safety guidelines at all times.

11. Apprenticeship and Training Programs

1. Apprentices must adhere to rules and schedules as set by Mozmj Mosmj Enterprises.

2. A guarantor may be required for minors or applicants under 18 years.

3. Apprenticeship fees, allowances, or stipends will be clearly outlined in the training agreement.

4. Misconduct, unsafe behavior, or breach of program rules may result in immediate termination from the program.

12. Termination of Services

1. We reserve the right to terminate services if:

   • Terms and conditions are breached

   • Payments are not made as agreed

   • Safety or legal compliance is violated

2. Refunds (if any) will be handled proportionally to the stage of project completion.

13. Changes to Terms

Mozmj Mosmj Enterprises may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review this page regularly. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of our services, projects, or website will be resolved under Nigerian law. Parties agree to first seek resolution through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, disputes may be settled in Nigerian courts.
